Michael Jackson: A Poem

Some things in life we just don't wanna see.
We don't wanna see you gone.
Gone too soon, not really long.
Paris crying over Daddy.
Who right now is feeling happy?
You hadn't even seen your birthday come.
You would be turning 51.
No one saw it coming, your death, our pain.
What a shame, what a shame.
To see our King Of Pop step down from his throne.
Now we really are alone.
This is it, that was it, wasn't it?
4 decades of pure music sung.
You've passed, but your popularity has just begun.
We loved you, and you loved us more.
Think about what's now in store.
For your family, friends, and your fans.
No longer will we see you dance.
No longer will we see you sing, do the moonwalk, and say "Hee-hee".
Now everybody's cried.
'Cause we never got the chance to say good-bye.
Good-bye to a legend, a superstar.
May peace be with you where you are.
Good-bye to a father, a friend, a brother.
Michael Jackson - There is no other.

Thank you for sharing that poem Nane. Even though I know how talented you are, it still shocks me when you display it like that.
